Our standard “simple” will is $350.

Powers of Attorney are $150 each and there are two in Ontario, one for property and one for personal care.

For Wills involving complex or large estates, trusts for dependent beneficiaries, multiple wills to deal with businesses, heirlooms, collections or property, we charge on an hourly basis.

We also do estate administrator applications (what used to be called “probate”), estate distributions, Estate Information Returns, passing of accounts, and estate litigation, for which we generally charge on an hourly basis. Flat or fixed fees are sometimes possible depending on the value of the estate. Ask.

We have special rates for people on modest fixed incomes or social assistance.

And we make house calls.
